The Physio Space and Integrative Wellness Center is a well-established practice known for its excellence in care provided in a fun, warm and friendly environment. We are a quaint and cozy local physiotherapy clinic in the great community of Navan. We are a 5 min drive to busy Innes road in Orleans. We have an extensive, dedicated and ever-growing patient base that is served by a fantastic, professional multidisciplinary team.

Our clinic mission is to provide a holistic approach to care while treating all our clients with respect, dignity and kindness.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to provide services to a diverse population of patients including orthopaedics, sports rehab, geriatrics and pediatrics. Experience in orthopaedic manual therapy and exercise prescription-based care is preferred.

Pelvic Health caseload includes women’s/men’s health as well as pediatric pelvic health. Mentorship available for practitioners new to pelvic health.

Our model of care involves a one-hour detailed assessment and 30-45 minutes follow up appointments. Each session is 1-1 in a private treatment room. We believe in quality, individual care for all our patients.

The Space:

Inclusive, welcoming and lots of natural light! It is truly a work Zen space. Our newly renovated clinic fosters collaboration with an open studio space that is fully stocked with exercise equipment. We have spacious private rooms that feature brand new motorized treatment beds allowing you and your clients plenty of room to work in.

Required Competencies:

  • Registered Member (in good standing) with your provincial college.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
  • Acupuncture and Dry needling an asset

Registered Massage Therapist position open

We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to take over an existing client caseload starting immediately.

The Physio Space and Integrative Wellness Center is a physiotherapist -woman owned and operated clinic and our mission is to provide individualized quality care to all of our patients.

At The Physio Space and Integrative Wellness Center, we are looking to hire an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated RMT to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with a curated group of wellness practitioners including physiotherapist, nutritionist, chiropractor and acupuncturist.

You would be taking over an already established part time caseload.

Part-time Physiotherapy Receptionist – position filled

We are a busy health and wellness clinic in the heart of Navan (5 minutes east of Orleans). We provide 1 on 1 patient care for a more comfortable and focused experience. We are a multidisciplinary team offering physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture and reiki.

We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, team focused individual to join our growing company in the position of front house reception. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional care to our clients and our receptionist will be expected to present an attentive, professional, warm and organized demeanour.

About Us:

Duties:

• Greeting and screening office visitors and managing patient intake 
• Answering routine incoming calls

• Follow established procedures to ensure patient safety & infection prevention
• Light cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintaining clinic stock levels
• Social Media Administration
• Opening, closing & key-holding responsibility

Required Education:

• High school diploma

Required Experience:

• 1 year receptionist – front desk experience

Ideal Experience:

• Previous experience in a medical clinic
• Experience with Jane EMR an asset but not mandatory
• Able to use: Outlook, Word, Excel, G-Suite, Facebook and Instagram

Required Attributes:

• Demonstrates the ability to work individually and as a team
• Demonstrates strong time management and organizational skills
• Must have excellent phone etiquette and be comfortable working with patients in a clinical environment
• Sensitivity to confidential matters is required
• Friendly, tactful, attentive, positive, compassionate, respectful and organized
• Bilingual – Fluent in French and English – oral, written and reading

What We Offer:

• Wage: $18-$21/hour depending on experience
• Hours: Daytime (Flexible)
• Option of adding one evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• 16-24 hours/week
• Start date: as soon as possible
