NUTRITION SERVICES

Nutrition is the foundation to living your best life!

A nutritionist evaluates clients’ dietary needs, clarifies information about the effects of nutrients on overall health, and offers counseling to suggest positive alterations in nutrition.

Nutritionists work to understand ones’ lifestyle and gain insight into diet, exercise routines, sleeping habits, stress levels, life commitments and physical health.

Nutritionists use a holistic approach, considering additional factors such as biochemistry, environment, mental health and more to support clients in their journey. They will take all this information into consideration to create a personalized nutrition plan to help the client attain optimal health.

We are excited to be offering Nutrition Services at The Physio Space and Integrative Wellness Center.

During your discovery call, we will briefly discuss your purpose and goals for seeking nutritional support, what may be required of you prior to your consultation (ie- blood work, food diary, medical history, etc.) and what services can be offered to support you.

** Please note that if your medical condition is of a high-risk nature, or requires complex nutritional support, you will be asked to seek advice from your doctor and will most likely be referred to a Dietitian.
