Registered Physiotherapist
Danie graduated with a bachelors in Kinesiology from Université de Moncton. She went on to complete her Physiotherapy degree from the University of Ottawa in 2006. Being an east coaster, Danie est fière de pouvoir vous servir en Français ou en Anglais (ou toute combinaison des deux)!
Danie has developed a special interest in treating people with connective tissue/hypermobility disorders. Having a bendy body herself she understands the intricacies of treating these multifaceted conditions. She believes in a whole-person approach to treatment, with focus on hands-on therapy combined with practical advice, motor learning and tailored exercise. Danie loves teaching clients about their bodies, how they move, and how to better manage symptoms, to improve their quality of life.
Key continuing education:
In addition to in-clinic hours, Danie is taking on the role of Physio@Home practitioner. She is currently accepting @Home clients and servicing Navan and surrounding communities.
Danie is completely bilingual and would be happy to serve you in both official languages.
