Registered Physiotherapist, Pelvic-Health and Orthopedics
Briana is a physiotherapist with a clinical focus in orthopaedics and pelvic health. She is passionate about helping patients improve movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them through individualized, evidence-informed care. Her practice includes the treatment of musculoskeletal and pelvic floor conditions, with a special interest in pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause-related concerns.
Briana has completed professional development courses including Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine (Part C) through the Robin McKenzie Institute of Canada and Mulligan Concept courses for the upper and lower quadrants. She is also a BonefitTM trained professional through Osteoporosis Canada and is able to prescribe appropriate exercise programs for individuals with osteoporosis to help reduce fracture risk and support recovery following fragility fractures.
She has pursued continuing education in pelvic health physiotherapy and works with individuals experiencing pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, core weakness, diastasis recti, pregnancy- related musculoskeletal pain, pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain, and symptoms associated with menopause. Her approach emphasizes hands-on techniques, movement, education, and self-management strategies to support long-term function and quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Briana enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and two daughters, cooking, and travelling.
