B STRONG MENO SERIES
During perimenopause and menopause, the decline in estrogen leads to changes in muscle, bone, and fat distribution. Muscle mass decreases, metabolism slows down and many women experience ‘menopause belly’, where fat accumulates around the abdomen. Bone density also drops, increasing the risk of osteopenia, osteoporosis, and fractures. These changes make strength training essential to preserve muscle, protect bones, and manage abdominal fat, supporting overall health and mobility during this stage of life.

Our Menopause Rehab Strength Classes curated by our very own pelvic health physiotherapists offer a holistic approach, enhancing physical health and emotional well-being during this transitional phase of life. If you have never strength trained before, no problem!! We will guide you every step of the way!!

The conventional view of menopause being ‘the beginning of the end’ could not be further from the truth. The fact is that the better shape you are in, the more enjoyable your menopausal journey will be! Who can join?
Anyone going through perimenopause/menopause who has goals of getting fitter and stronger regardless of exercise experience and age.
When are the classes offered?
Our classes run on 8-week blocks throughout the year.

Can I submit my receipts through insurance?
